You make sure our guests feel comfortable from the first moment – cleanliness, order and an eye for detail are your thing. You organize and coordinate daily operations in housekeeping and keep an overview even with high utilisation. You control our guest rooms and public areas and ensure that our quality and cleanliness standards are complied with. You coordinate your housekeeping team as well as external cleaning staff and ensure good cooperation. You create the daily division, plan forward-looking and reaaching flexibly on short-term changes. You keep in mind laundry, cleaning agents and consumables and make sure that everything is always there, what is needed. You work closely with reception and home technology to ensure that deficiencies are quickly detected, passed on and eliminated. You also pack yourself when it is necessary – because for you guidance means not only organizing, but packing together. Make the impossible possible? You already have experience in housekeeping, ideally in the hotel industry, and want to take responsibility for your area? You have an eye for detail and recognize immediately if something does not meet our standards? You already have first leadership experience or want to go the next step and organize a team independently? You work structured, reliable and can set priorities – even if several things happen simultaneously? You are an organizational designer and have a look at service planning, room status, laundry and materials? You like to work in the team, but can make decisions independently and take responsibility? You have a friendly and secure appearance to guests, colleagues and external service providers? You like to pack up yourself and are not too bad for the practical work in housekeeping?
