Fullstack Engineer (AI Enablement)

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our innovative AI Enablement team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions across various business departments. Your contributions will directly optimize critical processes, enhance operational efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. Design, develop, maintain scalable systems that support the AI lifecycle Develop infrastructure and APIs that integrate third-party services with internal systems Build and maintain LLM evaluation framework Partner with product teams to design and deliver accessible AI solutions Stay up to date with the trends latest in technology and you are not afraid to propose some findings our during GSDD. Work within your cross-functional team to uphold the highest technology standards right across the product

Significant software engineering experience in one or more purpose general programming languages including Python or Kotlin A natural tendency to automated repetitive tasks An eye for detail and care for user experience Cloud platform expertise with AWS, GCP, (Bedrock, Vertex AI) Experience with modern engineering practices search as clean code, TDD, refactoring, CI/CD. Sound understanding of microservice architecture Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases, preferably Postgres Appreciation of working in a modern cloud architecture, preferably with AWS Experience building CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling such as: Terraform, Spotinst, Datadog, OpenSearch Language Skills: full professional proficiency in English Nice-to-haves Experience with Domain Driven Design A love of learning and love of helping others to learn and grow Experience with event drive architecture A sense of independence and an ability to establish structures or processes to adapt to a constant evolving domain and environment Continuously learn and challenge the status quo
