Head of Technical and Commercial Facility Management (m/f/d)

You take over the commercial and technical management of our objects, manage rental contracts, ensure smooth operations and coordinate internal and external service providers. You tax costs and profitability, plan and monitor budgets, carry out tenders and negotiate contracts for rental, maintenance and service. You are responsible for maintenance and technical monitoring, control states and maintenance periods, accompany modernization and ensure the safe operation of technical installations. You enter tenants and support rental processes, document accommodation and new rentals and develop rental activities. You ensure compliance, safety and energy efficiency, monitor legal requirements, coordinate energy statements, and participate in environmental and energy management measures. You lead and develop your team (teachers), promote a positive team culture, support employees in their development and ensure know-how, cooperation and performance.

You have a degree in real estate management or a comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience in building management. You bring leadership experience and strong expertise in employee management. You have a class B driver's license and are mobile. You will certainly communicate in English in word and writing. You convince by negotiation skills, enforcement skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. You have in-depth knowledge of private and commercial property law and use it safely in practice.
