1st and 2nd level support (telephone, ticket system and on-site) Processing of IT requests and analysis and troubleshooting Preparation, installation and configuration of terminals (laptops, PCs, smartphones, tablets) Establishment of operating systems and installation and maintenance of standard software Transfer of IT equipment including user input Participation in the ticket system: Documentation of inquiries, solutions and processes Structured analysis of errors and development of sustainable solutions Support in the administration, monitoring and maintenance of IT systems Insights into the network and server infrastructure Participation in IT security measures and knowledge of basic security concepts

Successfully completed middle school graduation or (special) abitur Embossed service and customer orientation Communication strength and the ability to explain complex issues in a comprehensible manner Enthusiasm for IT and interest in technical contexts Logical thinking and a high level of learning German language skills in word and writing as well as good English skills in order to safely move you in the international environment
