Responsibility for improving and developing policies, methods, tools and interfaces for the development departments

Continuous development and implementation of the Road Map for Core Competences and Skills in Technical Information Management as well as alignment with Development Strategies and Guidelines

Analysis and assessment of all methods and functions as well as comparison of cross-company use with the best practices in the industry

Interdisciplinary implementation and design of new capabilities for the PDM in the context of the cross-company PLM

Optimization of product data management, including classification and access facility for the international defence industry

Implementation of digitalization projects in engineering with full responsibility for project calculation, time, cost and quality

Successfully completed studies in engineering (machine engineering, electrical engineering) or comparable

Multiannual professional experience in design and variant management, method development and their digitalization

Comprehensive, interdisciplinary knowledge in management, development and work in technical information management (e.g. Teamcenter, JIRA/Confluence, Doors)

Knowledge of CAD systems (e.g. NX, Zuken E3) and understanding of data models

Methodological expertise for the assessment and confirmation of the company's benefit (e.g. COBIT)

Detectional Knowledge in Transformation and Stakeholder Management

Very good English skills in word and writing
