What you do with us: Take responsibility: You rock with us the operation of our HR software (SAP SuccessFactors) and make sure that our performance and feedback system runs as lubricated. System testing, support and reporting? Boring doesn't come up here! Being ahead: As a solid part of our team, you actively contribute to the further development of our talent processes and help continuously improve and develop our HR systems. Support: You’ll start engaging training and communication materials for various target groups and you’ll be happy to take part in administrative tasks – whether presentations or videos, you’re there! Packing and shaping: You are working on exciting topics related to talent management, feedback and development and gaining comprehensive insight into the diverse tasks of personnel development. In addition, you bring your ideas into the use of artificial intelligence and help us test and develop innovative solutions for our HR processes and systems.
