Technical coordination and operational control of the specialist programs along the entire participant life cycle Ensuring the professional relevance, quality and consistency of the curricula as well as maintaining defined quality standards Analysis of participants, lecturers, market and quality feedback and derivation of concrete further development and improvement measures Planning, coordination and documentation of quality management measures including audit, certification and certification processes Observe relevant market and industry trends in the programme portfolio and support in implementing complementary learning, exchange and network formats Interface management with lecturers, marketing, sales, admission, recruiting and study support including professional cooperation on marketing and information formats

Successfully completed vocational training as well as specialist training, preferably with reference to education management, banking and financial management or comparable disciplines First professional experience in the development, operational control or further development of education, training or training programmes Basic understanding of quality management and ideally practical experience in audit, certification or accreditation procedures Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Ability to evaluate market and industry trends in banking, digitalization, artificial intelligence and modern learning formats and translate them into program developments Safe handling of common digital work and collaboration tools (MS teams, zoom, project management tools, etc.) and high affinity for technological developments in the field of education Sovereign and binding occurrence as well as pronounced communicative strength in dealing with different target groups and stakeholders
