To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) in full or part time. In this position, you will start the monthly billing and the team will support in preparation. Own implementation of the monthly pay bill Care and management of personnel master files Contact person for employees in billing-relevant questions Communication with social security institutions, financial offices and authorities Support for annual work (e.g. pay tax certificates) Organisation and administration of employee fitness Support in administrative staff work (e.g. BAV, VWL, certificates)

completed commercial training and multiannual experience in pay billing or Staff administration Good knowledge of pay tax and social security law Experience with personnel management and accounting software Structured, careful and independent operation discretion and a high sense of responsibility Interest in digital transformation
