The “Securities Custody Services” division within the Digital & Operations division is responsible for the further development of the Services of the Securities Business for Client Solutions (Investment Banking), Corporates and the Private Bank. Main objectives of the unit are the internalization and integration of back-office activities incl. Building a back office technology platform and harmonisation of providers in the field of securities deposit services to create a simplified, standardized target model and subsequent operational operation of the target model.

Type of employment: Full or part-time possible Optimization of tax processes: managing change initiatives that focus on improving tax-related processes, including adjustments, certifications and management of capital income tax requirements to improve accuracy and efficiency. Integration of legislative changes: analysis and implementation of changes caused by legislative updates, and cooperation with the technical description, examination and introduction of new tax rules to ensure compliance. Process development and innovation: driving innovative processes for tax adjustments and other tax-related initiatives to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with legal standards. Cooperation with tax projects: coordination with internal teams and business units to control the introduction of new tax processes, support special tax projects and promote improvements in tax reporting. Cross-functional project management in the tax area: management of cross-functional tax projects and ensuring smooth process development and implementation for national and international financial service providers while at the same time focusing on the business objectives.

Experience:experience in tax management or financial services with a focus on optimising tax processes, compliance with legal regulations and the integration of legislative changes Experience in parallel control of tax-related projects

Knowledge:Good understanding of tax processes, including capital income tax, tax adjustments, certifications and compliance with national and international tax regulations Knowledge of tax systems, regulatory frameworks and compliance tools to support changes and innovation in tax processes

Competences: ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources and monitor the implementation of initiatives to optimize tax processes Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to identify inefficiencies in tax processes and to advance effective solutions Good communication skills for cross-departmental cooperation and the handling of complex tax issues Good English knowledge of word and writing
