Your tasks:

• As a technical manager:in Vonovia you are responsible for the technical management as well as the technical management of the staff members.
• Depending on your needs, you carry out local visits
• You complete the creation of the offer and perform quality controls
• They develop technical solutions and then implement them
• Always comply with the relevant provisions, standards and other technical and legal regulations
• They depend on the economic requirements and act as professional contact for customers and colleagues
• You implement new product standards and optimize processes by analyzing the cost factor
• They develop and monitor special projects such as maintenance, emergency services or the introduction of the own-performance ratio etc.
• They analyse performance and carry out cost and audit

Your profile

• You have completed your vocational training in masonry or tile crafts and a further training as master:in successful
• You can demonstrate a multi-year professional experience and have experience in employee management
• They convince with extensive knowledge of regulations, regulations and standards
