In the dual course of study, the specialists and managers of tomorrow are trained. Every three months you change between the theoretical phases at the university and the practical phases at our company. After 3 years you will receive the internationally recognized academic degree to the Bachelor of Science. You will get a comprehensive insight into all the commercial areas of the MADSACK Media Group with a focus on accounting and controlling. You learn how financial processes are controlled, analyzed and optimized and work closely with specialist departments such as main and secondary accounting, controlling and real estate management. Along with other trainees and dual students, you can also accompany exciting Azubi projects during your training period. The RSW degree program, which focuses on Accounting & Controlling, makes you an expert in economic decision-making processes. You deal with topics such as accounting, cost and performance accounting, corporate management and financial planning, and thus collect the key competencies for a successful future in the media industry.

You have a general university maturity and want to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice. You bring a high level of willingness to learn as well as economic interest and understanding of numbers. You have a self-contained and structured way of working and want to continue to develop. You have good oral and written expressions.
