Quality management is responsible: you design and control our property quality management including internal control system and complaint management. Your goal: to further develop the team quality management to a central control unit for quality, customer-related processes and standards. Establishing the control model and KPIs: Together with the specialist areas, you build an immobility control model and continuously develop it. To do this, you define KPIs, perform periodic and ad hoc analyses and use corresponding benchmarks to derive action needs. Developing processes and regulations: In coordination with other GAG areas, you continuously optimize relevant processes – including with regard to further digitization steps –, plan or coordinate evaluation projects and initiate new development measures. Employees lead and strengthen: As a manager, you can actively empower your colleagues to take ownership and implement our corporate strategy in concrete goals. You act close, identify human development needs, conduct annual discussions and actively control change processes. Creating overlapping added value: You consistently align your team with our corporate strategy. In cooperation with the department management, you will regularly prioritise themes and network the team across the company to use cross-sector synergies. Strengthen and cooperate: You shape the structural cooperation in real estate management, participate in the day-to-day and project business of quality management, and also observe market, trend or Industry developments.

You have a completed university or university degree course (e.g. business management) or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you have a commercial or housing training with specialist training. You look back on several years of professional experience in the real estate industry and are very familiar with housing processes. Thanks to the first leadership experience, you also develop your employees professionally as well as methodically and act entrepreneurially beyond your own organizational unit. You work independently, make clear decisions and also remain solvent-oriented and actionable in complex topics. Your work as a team leader Control & Processes Real Estate Management (m/w/d) at GAG, as well as your clear communication and responsible operation. Very good German knowledge and a secure MS Office practice, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, are of course for you. If you also bring SAP knowledge, we would like to meet you.
