This profile brings you as a production manager (m/w/d):

• They have relevant professional experience and have already gained experience in staff management
• They are familiar with Lean methods such as KVP, SFM and value flow analysis and can successfully apply them
• You can communicate clearly and effectively, as well as in German and English and already have experience in an internation environment
• They work in terms of outcomes and solutions and also show strong willingness to design with a high degree of commitment and performance
• They are a team player and can motivate their colleagues and encourage them to work independently
• They are flexible and resilient and can also keep a cool head in stressful situations
• You have experience and knowledge in modern process-oriented ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics D365 or comparable

Your tasks as a production manager (m/w/d):

• They lead the production area and promote team work as well as the motivation of employees (m/w/d) to independent work
• They continuously improve production planning, manufacturing and work processes to achieve the highest standards in occupational safety, quality, cost and delivery service
• They promote a culture of continuous improvement and support and monitor improvement activities
• You are responsible for the production and repair of our products and manufacturing facilities
• You monitor and secure quality standards as well as compliance with work safety guidelines
• You create production data and statistics for production reporting
