Expert Financing (m/f/d)

Creating and preparing the necessary documents for financing our wind energy projects. Preparation of all investment/financing issues in the Group Bank master data processing (accounter openings, contracts, signature cards, etc.) Assessment of the financial feasibility of new business models. Participation in the management of cooperative structures, in particular: financial support for cooperatives, care of the members and participation structures, support for distributions, capital measures and cooperative financial issues; Preparation of financial decisions and documents for bodies.

You have a banker/bank business owner or a business degree with a focus on financing or a comparable study Experience in business financing You have several years of experience in financing companies, basics of capital market theory in practical application round your profile Thanks to your very good understanding, you quickly penetrate complex issues, analyze precise and prepare for internal and external forums.
