Management support Support and advice of management in technical and organizational matters of care Preparation of basic questions and participation in the further development of business processes Head of Department Supply organisational and personnel management of the department including the management of staff Planning, control and coordination of tasks and workflows Head of Department of Supply professional management and support of employees and ensuring a uniform legal application Editing of basic technical questions and implementing relevant legal changes Perception of specialist tasks Processing of particularly difficult and complex supply-law issues Processing of objection, appeal and compensation matters Consultation of the participating regional churches in matters of supply law Contributions technical responsibility for contributing, including the processing of basic and individual questions Voting and consulting of the participating regional churches in matters of law Creating the technical basis for the actuarial opinion on pension provisions of the NKVK

completed relevant university studies (Bachelor or Diploma [FH]), in particular in the field of public administration, administrative sciences or a comparable subject, or a comparable qualification well-founded knowledge and practical experience in civil and utility law; Knowledge of the right to service and services of the Church is advantageous Leadership and the ability to guide, motivate and develop employees professionally strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to securely capture and evaluate complex legal issues independent, structured and responsible working and decision-making very good communication and consulting skills as well as safe and binding occurrence Teamability, initiative and organisational skills very good written and oral expressability safe handling of current MS Office applications
