Supervisor (master craftsman / technician) for the support of member companies of the BGHM (m/w/d)

We are looking for you at the Saarbrücken site to support our member companies in the Mitte Prevention District. You will conduct your field service in Saarland as well as in the southwestern Rhineland-Palatinate (including Kaiserslautern, Pirmasens, Landau in the Palatinate, Neustadt an der Weinstraße). A place of residence in the care area is advantageous. About us The trade association Holz und Metall (BGHM) is one of the largest providers of statutory accident insurance in Germany and takes over insurance cover for approximately 5 million insured persons in more than 250,000 companies in the two industries. Our aim is to help people who are endangered by working conditions or affected by accidents or occupational diseases. Our prevention districts have the task of ensuring the prevention of occupational accidents, occupational diseases and occupational health hazards by means of all appropriate means in the member companies.

As a supervisor, you supervise companies and advise them and their insurers in safety and health issues. In partnership, you will develop solutions to deficiencies that you have found during your business visits. They point out that the required safety standards are respected independently by the companies. You will be happy to pass on your valuable knowledge as a teacher in professional seminars. Certainly determine the causes of occupational accidents and occupational diseases. We provide you with the necessary technical and methodological skills as part of a one-year training which completes an examination.
