You are the first respondent to complex technical issues concerning our measuring systems and ensure the quality of our services In this role, you will guide the existing team in a professional and disciplined manner with a clear direction and open communication and develop it with the aim of continuously improving service quality and assembly capacities. You plan personnel, tax projects and large orders and ensure quality and timeliness Through your work, you set standards, pay attention to occupational safety and ensure compliance with technical and legal requirements You actively contribute your ideas and work closely with internal areas as well as ista Express GmbH You support quality management with ISO 9001:2015 in your team and with respect to service partners You will also regularly attend conferences and extra-home events

You have a completed technical training or a technical study or a commercial qualification with a pronounced technological affinity You have already gained experience in the area of heating / plumbing / measuring equipment or in the housing industry You score with numbers and data affinity and have control skills Your leadership and motivation skills as well as joy in dealing with people shape your actions You have a high degree of organizational capacity, commitment and a strong technical understanding, combined with a self-responsible working method Ideally, you have first experiences in dealing with craftsmen / technicians, moreover you have good computer skills (Word / Excel) and punctuated by friendly and safe occurrence Your strong internal and external service and customer orientation as well as moderation and presentation experience complete your profile
