Commissioning Manager (m/f/d)

Implementation of quality assurance measures during the construction phase and testing of submarines findings in the context of new construction projects, repair and service as well as the writing of test reports Self-testing of manufacturing and integration quality, creation of deviation messages, initiation and follow-up of corrective measures Coordination of technical problems and coordination with relevant interface partners Creation, control and testing of deviations in SAP performing visual inspections and functional testing of mechanical assemblies to support the operators Contact to relevant stakeholders and cross-functional relationship building at all levels, from manufacturing to project management and purchasing

Complete training as an industrial mechanic or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience and/or further training as a technician Process security in quality management and claim management Secure handling of ERP systems, especially SAP Fast understanding and readiness to learn; continuous reflection on further development in the technically demanding environment Convincing, factual communication and authentic and reliable appearance Strong team orientation and common goal tracking for maximum project success Proactive thinking of improvement – always first optimize your own way of working before others are included High performance and flexibility as well as stress resistance and willingness to address critical issues openly
