These are your tasks: You carry out shift launches and handovers and convey priorities, safety and quality requirements. You tax the work orders, lists and work documents You make sure of quality checks and documentation obligations Coordination of material flow between bearings, cutting, kitting and assembly Implementation of Shopfloor meetings and KPI control Support for Cause Analysis and Process Improvements You participate in employees and tasks, control the work order and ensure a stable process. You coach your team, accompany the integration and work on first attendance and performance topics. You make sure that current work instructions, drawings, tests and production evidence are complied with. You quickly reap discrepancies, organize first countermeasures and escalate unresolved obstacles. You use Shopfloor Management and Lean methods to continuously improve processes and productivity.

That's what you bring: Technical or commercial training in the field of production, production or comparable qualifications Experience in guiding a team or layer, ideally in production or assembly Good technical understanding and safe handling of work instructions, drawings, quality checks and key figures Embossed security awareness and structured problem solving Clear communication, commitment and joy in developing employees Very good English skills in word and writing
