Responsibility for product development in the field of autonomous cleaning and co-designing the transformation from manual to autonomous cleaning Construction and maintenance of the product roadmap in coordination with corporate objectives Market and trend observation as well as close interface work with branches, sales and technology Analysis of customer and market requirements as well as production of market-side specifications (e.g. product slip, market load booklet) Implementation and evaluation of market, trend and competition analyses (national/international) Conception and development of innovative product solutions Assessment of production costs, quantities and cost-effectiveness Development of sales and marketing instruments and creation of product information in cooperation with marketing Support for trade fair planning and implementation

Complete studies in the field of industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or comparable Multiannual professional experience in product management, ideally in the field of cleaning or automation technology Technical understanding of robotics, sensor technology, navigation and control systems Experience in market launch of technologically complex products Safe handling of product management tools and agile development methods Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking Embossed communication and coordination capability Strategic sense for market trends and customer requirements High self-initiative, decision-making and sense of responsibility German and English
