Projektleiter (m/w/div)

in part-time (30 hours/week).

Where we need your help:

In our residence you will find a responsible key position between organization, expertise and direct assistance.

• You take over the creation of the monthly service plan and take into account in-house services, group offers and individual support needs of our performance-based persons. Training courses, holiday periods and organizational frameworks are also guaranteed to keep you in mind as well as a reliable and economical personnel deployment planning.

• Thanks to your organizational skills, flexibility and resilience, it is easy for you to respond to short-term employee failures and to respond in a solution-oriented manner to ensure continuous support.

• In addition, plan and organize events, festivals, excursions and inhabitant tours during the year. With your creativity, your communicative skills and your sense of responsibility, you create reliable structures and promote social participation.

• In addition to your coordinating tasks, you remain close to practice: you regularly take care services - usually on two weekends a month and provide punctual care services.

• They accompany new employees as well as interns: professionally in their incorporation and are responsible for the organisation of internships. In internal bodies, in particular in team manager meetings as well as in cross-departmental exchange, you constructively bring your team and cooperation capability.

• You have successfully completed the training as an educator:in or another qualification as a specialist of integration aid, and ideally the training on the practical instructions, work independently, structured and targeted and develop your professional skills continuously.
