Engineer for construction management and supervision (m/f/d)

You manage and monitor road construction projects and are the central contact person for contractors, authorities and internal departments.

Date and cost control, follow-up management and coordination of traffic regulations are your core tasks.

The monitoring of the design in terms of quality, reliability and safety at work is your responsibility.

You carry out measurements according to VOB, check final invoices and accompany acceptances including defect tracking and warranty monitoring.

Complete university studies in the field of civil engineering or comparable expertise, qualifications and experience

That would be desirable: Professional experience in construction management or construction monitoring as well as sound knowledge in road construction and its construction processes. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (including RSA, ZTV-ING, DIN 1076, DAfStb/TR IH, RPS, RUVA and EBV). Safe handling of project-related specialist software, especially MaViS. Driving license class B.
