Own-responsible production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Processing of current financial accounting Creation of sales tax forecasts Implementation of payment transactions Processing of more complex business incidents and accounting Cooperation with other departments in accounting questions and optimisation of accounting processes IT system maintenance DATEV, DOMUS Contact person for financial offices and tax advisors

Completed business studies or commercial training with further training to the account holder or comparable qualification Multiannual, well-founded professional experience in financial accounting, ideally in the field of residential/commercial real estate Secure handling of ERP systems (in particular DATEV, DOMUS) Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Deep knowledge of German trade and tax law Hands-on mentality, communication strength, team capacity, analytical thinking ability and structured, careful and reliable functioning
