Senior Project Developer/Technical Coordination (m/f/d)

Strategic and organisational management of a project portfolio in close coordination with the department management Own-sponsored development of economic and customer-oriented project concepts (new and conversion) Implementation of economic analysis, project calculations and financing and implementation concepts Generally responsible management of demanding projects in the field of project development Construction and control of project organisations and active interface management between internal and external stakeholders Initiation and monitoring of competitions, feasibility studies, demand analyses and procedures for building law procurement Negotiation and management of contracts (e.g. lease, project management and general contract) Ensuring addressable reporting as a basis for decision-making for management Maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, customers and partners as well as participation in the acquisition of new projects Development of processes, quality standards and organisational structures

Complete study of real estate management, economics, architecture, urban planning, civil engineering or comparable; alternative property training with corresponding additional qualification (e.g. real estate economics) Multiannual well-founded experience in project development or project management of real estate projects Very good knowledge of cost-effectiveness calculations, investment analyses and project financing Experience in dealing with complex project structures as well as various stakeholders, ideally in the public or urban environment Impressed conceptual skills and a structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working Negotiating skills, enforcing ability and safe occurrence vis-à-vis internal and external partners High communication strength as well as the ability to clearly and address complex facts Not every point hits you?
