Do you want to not only accompany digitalization, but to actively shape it? Then take a key role in the digital core of our Business Unit Consulting. As a speaker for corporate digitalization, you drive data, governance and tool topics forward, create clear decision bases and ensure transparency in central processes. Develop IT and InfoSec together with departments You scalable, efficient solutions and provide impulses in Analytics and AI. Take responsibility for central digitization issues and set strategic impulses with a sustainable effect! Analyze and develop existing processes with regard to digitalization, automation, data quality and scalability Evaluate, select and introduce suitable digital tools for AI applications, analytics and documentation solutions Scouting, prioritizing and structuring use cases in the context of innovation, analytics & AI as well as acting as a central point of contact (SPOC) for digital issues Independently controlling workstreams to digital core processes as well as data and governance issues Vote roles, processes and quality criteria within the framework of Data Domain & Governance Pre- and post-processing of appointments and committees as well as establishing sound basis of decision Conducting updates, rounds of votes and workshops with internal teams Ensure quality and compliance including clean documentation as well as complying with data protection and governance standards

Multiannual professional experience in digital, data or technology projects Ability to analyze processes, prepare them structuredly and identify digitization potentials Know-how in automation, low-code platforms, data analytics, AI tools and governance structures Experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary stakeholders and interface roles Strong communication and structuring capability, pronounced ownership mentality and an agile mindset Safe handling of MS-Office and joy in creating comprehensible documentation Very good knowledge of German and English
