Support for customers and local contact partners in the areas of assembly and quality Acquisition, analysis and forwarding of error messages according to the 8D methodology to customers and production sites and help in troubleshooting Processing of customer requests and forwarding to the relevant areas Coordination of post-work materials and organization and implementation of sorting and post-work measures Participation in change management and portal care

Complete technical training or comparable qualifications obtained by equivalent training or practical experience Experiences in quality control, handling of the cable set and standard quality methods (such as 8D, 5W, Ishikawa etc.) Knowledge of reading technical drawings Imprinted communication capability, including intercultural environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing and a travel service of approx. 20–30 %
