Team Management & Organisation: Professional and organizational management of a production layer as well as leadership, motivation and further development of a team of up to 120 employees Production & Processes: Control and monitoring of our baked goods production and ensuring a smooth production process Quality & Hygiene: Ensuring our quality standards and compliance with safety, HACCP and IFS guidelines Planning & Optimization: Responsibility for personnel and resource planning and continuous development of production processes Product development: cooperation in the development of new products and recipes as well as support of optimization measures Cooperation: Close coordination with production management, quality assurance and technology, as well as ensuring delivery and production goals

Training & Qualification: Complete training as a baker or a comparable qualification in food crafts Professional experience: Multiannual experience in food production or industrial bakery Leadership competence: Ideally first leadership experience as well as organizational talent and joy in the development of employees Working methods: craftsmanship, technical understanding and a structured and solution-oriented way of working Personality: sense of responsibility, team spirit and the willingness to actively participate Flexibility: readiness for shiftwork and good German skills
