As Regional Supply Manager (m/w/d) in our Central European and German organization, you take responsibility for millions of budgets, implement challenging projects and implement global standards in procurement.

You plan and tax strategic shopping activities for different product groups. In doing so, you analyze market trends, evaluate optimization potentials and develop roadmaps that you tune with relevant stakeholders. You carry out calls for tenders and negotiations, formulate policy proposals and accompany the implementation of new contracts and processes. The implementation of global product group strategies as well as the introduction of systems and standards in our Central European organisations are also part of your task. Together with internal partners such as finance, controlling and operational buyers, you ensure that quality, efficiency and compliance are guaranteed at any time. In addition, you monitor the performance of our suppliers and initiate continuous improvement measures.

Completed studies in business, economic engineering or a comparable field. Multiannual experience in strategic purchasing or supply management, ideally in an international environment. Embossed skills in negotiation, communication and moderation as well as a safe occurrence. Analytical thinking, rapid understanding and the ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible manner. High self-motivation, result orientation and joy in working with different teams. Safe handling of common office tools; Knowledge in SAP or comparable systems is advantageous. Very good knowledge of German and English as well as readiness for occasional travel.
