As a team leader in the field of Filialbau costs, you are responsible for the management and further development of about five colleagues. In addition, as a team leader, you always have all the construction processes and costs in mind and decide whether the planned construction projects can be commissioned for our branches.

Public procurement Creation of construction cost evaluations for management and Lidl International Creation and reporting of building codes Ensuring, optimizing and further development of construction processes Close interface work with Inhouse colleagues and Lidl International Implementation and coordination of training for colleagues in the construction project management

Multiannual professional experience in construction Ideally first leadership experience or experience in managing projects Communication strength and very high interface orientation Very good organizational ability and pronounced number affinity Digital operation and high system affinity Interest to promote and develop new topics Completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineer or a comparable degree programme
