Responsibility for the smooth running of daily production processes Ensuring compliance with production plans, capacity requirements and quality standards Analysis and improvement of plant efficiency (OEE) and productivity Close cooperation with maintenance, logistics, quality and engineering Leadership and Implementation of Lean Initiatives Professional and disciplinary guidance of shift managers and about 10 employees Development, motivation and qualification of employees Promoting strong security culture and further development of production Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal guidelines Cost responsibility for production Analysis of KPIs and regular reporting to the factory management Implementation of measures to increase productivity and optimize costs

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, production engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in production Multiannual experience in the automotive industry Experience with Lean Methods and Continuous Improvement Processes Good knowledge of German and very good English in word and writing Enforced personality with high communication skills Designed analytical, structured and solution-oriented methods
