Then our PreMaster program offers you the ideal way to gain valuable practical experience, take responsibility and develop yourself professionally and personally. Here, you actively shape, introduce your own ideas and continuously develop in a dynamic environment. As part of the PreMaster program, you will get comprehensive insights into the controlling in the work environment and develop your expertise in a targeted manner. During the one-year program, you perform business tasks independently, such as monthly reporting, and develop exciting analyses for management. You coordinate the interface between the headquarters (business area) and our production plant, act as an important contact person and is responsible for the transmission of our key figures. In product controlling, you support economic planning and start forecasting as well as project and investment calculations. You gain insights into other areas through cross-functional collaboration at work. In addition, up to two-month rotation into other departments is possible (e.g. HR or Supply Chain Management). Last but not least, you can actively contribute and develop your creativity and self-responsibility in exciting controlling IT projects and special topics.

Education: above-average university degree (Bachelor) in the field of economic engineering, business informatics or business administration (ideally with a focus on finance/controlling) and the concrete intention to include a master's degree Experiences and know-how: Internships or professional experience in controlling or finance Personality and working methods: you combine analytical thinking with a high number and IT affinity and tackle challenges in a structured manner; with your sovereign appearance and your enforcing ability, you actively promote and take responsibility; you rely on trusted cooperation and convince with team spirit as well as strong cooperation Languages: very good German and English in word and writing
