Qualified settlement of all stationary, semi-stationary and pre- and post-stationary services with insurance, social assistance providers and self-payers via SAP-R3 ISH / M-KIS and in conventional form Processing of the complete message processing including independent examination and correction for all costs activated according to § 301 SGB V – data transmission Decided clarification of unclear error messages and case constellations, quality control of invoices and payments Complaints including the resulting correspondence, final processing of complaints due to incorrect invoice data (including scope of performance and performance including searches) Continuous testing of the accounting-relevant data for accuracy and completeness
