Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As a Hook-up engineer (w/m/div) you take over the support of BIM coordination in the examination of revision models and actively participate in the systematic review and validation of revision models. You are responsible for creating, maintaining and monitoring the detailed Hook-up schedule as well as coordinating the Hook-up activities with all involved trades and stakeholders. Using special software for collision testing and analysis of model differences perform the geometrical examination of revision models against other models, reality and laser scan, analyze tolerances and deviation and document the results. You ensure the data quality according to the BIM requirements and maintain a transparent change management. You are responsible for communicating with the executive companies and for controlling and monitoring the modeling services of the external service providers. Basic modeling tasks, support of the Hook-up colleagues in their daily tasks and construction monitoring of individual structures in the hook-up are also part of your task.

Education: completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture, supply technology, geoinformatics or a comparable technical field (e.g. technician) Experience and know-how: multi-year professional experience in BIM coordination, model testing or construction monitoring, ideally in complex construction projects. Finding knowledge of common BIM software (e.g. Revit, Navisworks, Solibri) as well as experience in handling laser scan hardware and software. Very good spatial imagination and pronounced geometrical analysis skills. Safe handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Project Personality and working methods: structured and independent working methods with high quality standards, strong communication and team skills Languages: good German and English skills
