What do you expect? You advise and maintain BMW dealers, branches and multi-brand dealers in the allocated market area. In addition, you are responsible for creditworthiness checks in the end customer business (private, commercial) and analyze decision-relevant documents. Here, you prepare financing and leasing enquiries independently, vote or decide and actively communicate with the trade organization. You can also support sales consultants: both in digital sales channels and financial services. You shape a future-oriented working environment and drive digitization within the BMW Bank. Together with the Regional Manager, you are responsible for achieving budget and sales targets taking into account the risk cost targets. In addition, Loyalization and Contact Care will help you work with trading partners and help you improve the process.

What are you doing? Completed banking training with further training to the banking business operator or a comparable qualification. Founded professional experience in credit management with decision-making competence or a comparable area of responsibility. Industry experience and deeper knowledge of banking products. Safe appearance, pronounced negotiation skills and analytical thinking. Curiosity and openness for digitalization and innovation. High team capacity, organizational talent and self-discipline, also with regard to mobile work.
