Industrial foreman production (m/f/d)

You run and motivate a production team with nine employees and ensure a smooth run in the daily business. You make sure that the production targets are achieved in terms of quality, cost and timeliness, and keeps in mind compliance with all relevant standards. You ensure compliance with work safety regulations and actively contribute to a safe working environment. You analyze existing production processes and continuously develop them to increase efficiency, quality and economy. You are working on projects to increase efficiency and to expand and optimize production, introducing your ideas and know-how.

You bring a training to the industrial master in the fields of metal, electrical engineering or mechatronics, or you have a comparable qualification Your communication and organizational strength is used effectively to successfully guide the team Multiannual professional experience in production you have already collected and can look back on first leadership experiences With your knowledge in Lean Management and Quality Management, you can continuously improve our processes The safe handling of MS Office and ERP systems is easy for you and supports you in your daily work
