In the area of the construction and housing supervision of the city development office of the district office Neukölln we are now looking for active support, in particular for the following activities: Visits and controls for the field of construction and housing supervision Advice and information of the tenants and beneficiaries on possible physical, chemical or technical causes of deficiencies and noise emissions Production of deficiencies reports, submission of proposals to eliminate identified deficiencies and determination of expected costs Preparation of replacement measures with the creation of the performance registers and the costs to be expected, as well as verification and determination of the execution of the assigned work Participation in oral proceedings at the Administrative Court Berlin Note: The willingness to carry out external services is assumed.
