Manager Payroll & HR-Services (m/f/d)

You carry out the monthly billing of remuneration for a defined employee, taking into account current tax and social insurance regulations In doing so, you will set up the payment of pay tax and social security reports on a timely basis and will be responsible for the monthly and annual accounts of Payroll (e.g. provisions, voting, certificates) You are responsible for the processing of the entire certification system (e.g. work certificates, pension and health insurance reports, government requests) In addition, you can participate in contract management: creation, testing and management of work contracts, supplements and relevant documents For employees, executives and external bodies (financial authorities, health insurance companies, auditors) you are contact person(s) in all accounting and contractual issues Care and further development of accounting and personal-relevant HR systems and processes, as well as cooperation in corresponding HR projects, are part of your role

You have completed vocational training in the personal or commercial sector and already professional experience in the Payroll/HR environment You have well-founded experience in pay billing, social security and pay tax, preferably with SAP HCM You work routiniert in other HR systems and Excel (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, evaluations) and brings pleasure in thinking and optimizing processes digitally You are safe in contracting, time management and certification A high understanding of service is of course in the competent and solution-oriented care of employees and executives You have first experience in the field of labour law
