Strategic Learning Business Partner (m/f/d)

In your role as a strategic learning business partner, you create learning together with the Service Line Tax & Accounting as a strategic driver for transformation, performance and sustainable value creation. You work closely with the Service Line management and relevant decision-makers, understand complex business challenges and translate them into precise, powerful learning strategies with a clear focus on impact and scalability. You identify future-critical skills – especially in the context of AI, digitalization and new business models – and develop data-based roadmaps as well as learning ecosystems that actively promote the strategic development of the Service Line. As a stimulator*in, you bring market trends, innovative learning approaches and best practices, buzz existing structures and develop independent progressive, business-oriented solutions. In a highly dynamic stakeholder setup, you control priorities, resources and initiatives end-to-end and ensure that learning contributes measurably to the performance and transformation of the service line through consistent KPI tracking and ROI orientation.

Complete studies in business, HR, psychology or comparable qualifications as well as several years of experience in a strategic learning, HR or consulting role Embossed experience in business partnering, strategic consulting of specialist areas and in dealing with complex stakeholder structures Knowledge in learning & development, in particular in the development of learning strategies, skills gap analyses and modern learning ecosystems Strong understanding of digital transformation, new technologies and AI applications as well as the ability to translate them into business contexts Interest in Tax & Accounting as well as the ability to work quickly into the technical content of the Service Line, combined with pronounced analytical and conceptual thinking and very good German and English skills
