Insurance and Finance Sales Representative/Financial Account Manager (Field Sales) (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for your customers and maintain a firm customer base – mainly from the office/home office as well as in occasional appointments on site in Berlin/Brandenburg/Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. You advise professional customers, in particular from the service sectors, and strategically design customer support with the aim of long-term business relationships. You take customer needs and risks, bring them into the development of individual insurance concepts and support the specialist areas in the preparation and negotiation of appropriate insurance offers. As an interface between customers and internal departments, you coordinate complex issues and ensure targeted processing. You coordinate market surveys and tenders, including in the framework of public procurement procedures, in cooperation with our specialist experts. You maintain and develop existing customer relationships and identify potentials for the acquisition of new customers. Also in complex damage cases, you accompany your customers and coordinate cooperation with our specialist departments and/or insurers. In addition, you will take over the ongoing contractual support and care as well as the reliable time and deadline monitoring.

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification, ideally complemented by a further education to the specialist or business economist (m/w/d). At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position as well as cross-species expertise and sound consulting skills. Ideally experience in the care of professional customers; Knowledge of the vehicle compartment is advantageous. You think strategically, also recognize the essentials in complex situations and keep an overview. Embossed customer orientation, convincing argumentation capability and a professional appearance are your distinguishing features. You work independently, solution-oriented and like to work in the team and deal with challenges in a sovereign way. You are digitally affin and open to new systems and processes.
