Professional and disciplinary leadership of the financial team with the focus on controlling and accounting Responsibility for the timely creation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Responsibility for the entire financial reporting (Groups and financial institutions) Management of the project controller in the financial sector (construction of open lines and substations) Creation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts and cost-effectiveness analyses for our construction projects Close cooperation with project managers and management Further development and optimization of internal financial processes and ensuring compliance with legal requirements Responsible for liquidity planning and cash flow control Contact person for auditors, tax advisors, banks and authorities

Complete study of business, financial or accounting – ideally with experience in the construction industry Multiannual professional experience in controlling and accounting, preferably in project-based environment Knowledge of the HGB (with a focus on the assessment of long-term projects) Very good Excel knowledge Very good German and English or Polish knowledge Understanding cost structures and financial management of construction projects Experience in handling ERP systems is advantageous Team orientation, communication strength and decision-making
