Customer Service (m/w/d)

Your tasks: • Telephone and written customer support of our customers • Complete order processing including delivery note and invoice creation in SAP - delivery coordination and control, system cleaning and corrections of Orders by stock lists and evaluations • complaint and return processing including complaint management • Tracking Logistic Complaints and Service Levels DACH • Monthly documentation of process maintenance according to SOX • Coordination of new and existing customer data in coordination with the area Customer Master Data • Examination of customer-specific condensation care and product installation • Administrative support of key account management as part of the Customer care and special processing • Support and back-up in customer service DACH in representation cases • Cooperation with specialist departments and logistics partners

Your qualifications: • Successfully completed business studies or comparable commercial training • Secure handling of SAP/R3 or similar ERP systems, MS-Office (especially Excel) are mandatory • Knowledge of telephone and written customer support • Customer and service-oriented operation • A high degree of independence and flexibility • Personality with “Hands-On” mentality, at the same time pronounced solution-oriented Thinking • Strong communication skills (orally and in writing) in German and English. French by Advantage
