Application Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the cost and timely implementation of development projects taking into account customer, quality and appointment requirements Development of technical solutions and concepts as well as production of design documents, schematics, piece lists and other production-relevant documents Development, implementation and maintenance of software solutions according to customer requirements Creation of offers, calculations, schedules and specifications in cooperation with sales and customers Interface function between customers, suppliers and internal specialist departments Maintenance of project and product documentation including PLM data Participation in material selection, qualification, commissioning, simulations, product approvals and evaluations Support for sales in the design-in process as well as building prototypes and pre-series devices

Completed studies (Bachelor/Master/Diplom), preferably in electrical engineering or power electronics Safe handling of MS Office and CAE and CAD systems Basic knowledge of microcontroller systems and communication protocols such as CAN, UART, SPI and I2C Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Professional experience in development Structured, careful and self-responsible operation High level of team capacity and communication strength Standing for occasional missions
