The Chamber of Commerce of Westfalen-Lippe is, as a body of public law, the professional representation of interests of approx. 51,000 doctors in Westfalen-Lippe. Management of a dedicated team with 12 employees (personal planning, personnel development and regular employee talks) Planning, development and implementation of new processes to ensure a future-oriented orientation of the core processes of reporting, in particular in the digital environment Responsibility for the implementation of digitalization projects, e.g. the introduction or Optimisation of an electronic administrative programme for our currently 51,000 members, medical medical certificates (eHBA) and doctor's master files assistant independent processing of complex technical tasks in the field of reporting, for example clarification of demanding questions on doctoral data, data protection, foreign academic degrees and legal matters, as well as monitoring compliance with statutory provisions (e.g. professional regulations, basic data protection regulation)

Bachelor of Public Administration/Administration (Administration Course II)/Diplom-Administrator or a completed law degree or a completed university degree with a legal focus (min. Bachelor/Dipl. FH) or another successfully completed study of economics/legalities with corresponding professional experience ideally multiannual professional experience in similar fields Management competence Knowledge of administration, organization, process and project management high IT affinity for the upcoming digitalization projects independent, structured and reflected mode of operation good communication skills, co-op­eration and com­parisonability with simultaneous enforcement
