You take care of our customers in the area of building cleaning / various services They lead our object managers (m/w/d) and service personnel both professionally and disciplinaryly You are responsible for sales and earnings for your task They develop, based on targets and economic indicators, cost-saving strategies and performance optimization They ensure compliance with the Piepenbrock guidelines on site

They are masters (m/w/d) in the field of building cleaning or have a university degree, alternatively a vocational training with corresponding professional experience in the economic or technical field You already have extensive experience in facility management You have collected as much experience as possible in managing employees (m/w/d) It distinguishes your entrepreneurial thinking, your hands-on mentality and your service-oriented approach They communicate purposefully and clearly, have a safe, winning appearance and set priorities
