Take control of complex construction projects and keep all threads in hand – from planning to implementation Quality assurance does not take place at the construction site, but digitally in the office – however, if necessary, you vote on the construction site. Foundation base: A completed study in civil engineering, architecture or industrial engineering with a focus on building project management Experience that counts: At least 3–4 years of professional experience in controlling construction projects – you know the processes and know how to successfully target projects Expertise: Practical experience in project management methods as well as in planning and procurement law (HOAI, VOB, VgV) Organizational institution: You keep an overview, set priorities and work structured – even if it becomes complex Personality: Self-responsible, solution-oriented and with real hand-on mentality – you pack up and bring things forward Communication strength: Very good expressiveness in German, written and oral – because you are the central interface in the project Sovereign appearance: Self-confident and binding – you represent projects safely in the interest of the contractors Team player with leadership qualities: You do not only conduct projects, but also people – and you enjoy promoting team members Ready to travel: Class B driving licence so you can accompany projects on site
