Your role Responsibility for global operation and continuous development of ecommerce webshop landscape across the entire lifecycle – from conception to rollout to optimization and scaling

Analysis, design and optimization of end-to-end business processes in the eCommerce environment (e.g. order-to-cash, customer journey, content and product data processes)

Identification of improvement potentials based on data analysis, KPI tracking and user behavior, as well as derivation and implementation of concrete measures for performance improvement

Close cooperation with international stakeholders from business, IT, marketing, sales and customer service to ensure a consistent and scalable webshop experience and promote international cooperation and build a sustainable stakeholder network

Translation of business requirements in functional specifications and accompanying technical implementation (e.g. in agile methods)

Planning and implementation of optimization and transformation projects, including budget, resource and time management

Monitoring the webshop performance and deriving strategic recommendations for action to further develop the digital business model

Successfully completed studies in the field of business, (economic)informatics, economic engineering or a comparable qualification

Multiannual professional experience in ecommerce, ideally in a global role (e.g. webshop management, digital business, process management or business analysis) .Experience in working with ecommerce platforms as well as with adjacent systems (PIM, CMS, ERP)

Knowledge of agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, SAFe) and experience in request management and in cooperation with IT teams

Embossed analytical skills as well as a data-driven work approach (e.g. with Web Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)

Ability to prepare complex issues in a comprehensible manner and to communicate between technical and technical stakeholders

High level of self-initiative, structured working methods as well as pronounced communication and moderation capabilities.Experience in the international environment and intercultural competence

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
