• Responsible business towards employees and the environment You take over the responsible construction management at the construction site (without office) You lead and coordinate approx. 12–13 Monteur:inside trainees You divide the staff and tune the workflows You make sure the time and quality You install professional SHK systems (heating, sanitation, possibly HLS) You control compliance with safety, quality and standard requirements, and first set up building daybooks, dimensions and performance certificates

You have a completed training as a plant mechanic:in SHK or a comparable qualification, e.g. in refrigeration technology You have an ideal training as a master:in or technician:in – alternatively you bring many years of experience as a technician:in with leadership responsibility You have experience on larger construction sites or housing projects You have leadership, enforcement and reliability You work independently and structured You have a class B driver's license and bring, even without the experience of the Obermonteur, lust for responsibility and development with
