A completed university degree, Bachelor or Master in one of the disciplines: public administration, law, BWL, VWL or comparable degree Leadership and experience as well as experience in the design of change processes Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills Communication skills, team skills and high social competence Class B driving licence Affiliation to and identification with the röm.-kath.
