As an IT generalist:in you have a holistic view of our infrastructure, control external service providers as needed, and take care of complex challenges in a solution-oriented manner.

Infrastructure & Networks: Full responsibility for our IT and network architecture (hardware, servers, WLAN, mobile devices, telecommunications/SIP) in cooperation with our partners Software Management: Support and strategic development of our central corporate applications and Microsoft environment IT project management: planning, management and control of digitalization and modernization projects – from concept to successful rollout at our locations Support & Operations: Ensuring smooth IT operation and processing of complex troubleshooting (2nd/3rd level) Strategy & Security: Continuous optimization of IT security processes and the future-proof orientation of our IT landscape

Complete study of (economic) informatics or a well-founded training in the IT sector with multi-year professional experience Proven generalist:internal experience: You feel at home in routing and switching as well as in the management of complex software systems Detectable successes in managing and implementing IT projects A pronounced “hands-on” mentality paired with analytical vision Communication strength and the ability to act as bridge builders between IT and specialist departments Willingness for activities exclusively at our headquarters (no home office/no hybrid work possible)
