You independently process the monthly pay bill for a fixed group of employees including all upstream and downstream processes. You correspond to authorities, insurance companies and health insurance companies, the Employment Agency and the Financial Office (especially in connection with pay tax and social security checks). In your function, you monitor and maintain all personnel master files, time management and pay data (work time models, bookings and mistakes), take over the certification and create statistics and reports. You take care of all the concerns about sending. You advise and supervise our employees:inside in all accounting and insurance-related topics.

You have a successfully completed commercial training ideally with a focus on staff / wage. You have already gained first experience in the area of “Payroll” and are familiar with the right to pay tax and social security. A quick understanding, a conscientious and discreet way of working, communication skills as well as and enjoyment of work in the team are what you stand for. When dealing with MS Office, especially in the use of Excel, you are sure to have experience in dealing with the billing program Sage HR are desirable.
